The Practice
A mala is a tactile rhythm. Bead by bead, breath by breath, it gives the mind a simple place to return.
Why 108 Beads?
Many meditation traditions use 108 beads as a complete cycle of practice. The number becomes less important than the ritual itself: one breath, one bead, one return.
